The game will aim to increase students\u2019 knowledge and appreciation of European and national cultural heritage, by proving simple and interesting information regarding culturally significant places and objects. This interactive educational game will include virtual cultural routes and questions to be answered, as a form of mini-quests.<\/p>\n<p><strong>But what is Digital Game Based Learning? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/ischool-project.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/Digital_Game_img1.png\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-4839\" src=\"https:\/\/ischool-project.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/Digital_Game_img1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"400\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ischool-project.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/Digital_Game_img1.png 834w, https:\/\/ischool-project.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/Digital_Game_img1-300x300.png 300w, https:\/\/ischool-project.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/Digital_Game_img1-150x150.png 150w, https:\/\/ischool-project.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/Digital_Game_img1-768x768.png 768w, https:\/\/ischool-project.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/Digital_Game_img1-700x700.png 700w, https:\/\/ischool-project.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/Digital_Game_img1-624x624.png 624w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px\" \/><\/a>Coffey, 2009, identified Digital Game Based Learning (DGBL) as \u201can instructional method that incorporated educational content or learning principles into video games with the goal of engaging learners. Applications of digital game-based learning draw upon the constructivist theory of education.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Drawing from the constructivist theory of education, digital game-based learning (DGBL) connects educational content with computer or video games and can be used in almost all subjects and skill levels.
